Frequently Asked Questions

How do you work out what to declutter?

We take a collaborative approach to decluttering. That means you decide what gets decluttered. We will guide you through this process by asking a set of questions and supporting you. We will not discard anything without your permission.

We purchase products specifically for your needs and budget. Sometimes from Kmart or Ikea or other times, we buy from online businesses.

No. We are happy to re-purpose what you already have. In some cases we may make recommendations as containers can help keep categories together.

You do not have to be there for the duration of the ‘organising part’ if you have other commitments, however, we believe a collaborative approach provides a longer term result. We ask that you be available for the decluttering part of the process to ensure you are getting most value from our service. It’s also beneficial to be available towards the end of the session as we walk you through the space and how to use it.

This will vary depending on the amount of stuff in the space and how much organising is required. Decision making can also impact the time is takes to complete a room. Following our initial call and seeing photos we can provide an estimate. You can also book 1 session in and then an additional session if required.

This will depend on your preferences, your budget and your own availability. We recommend focusing on one space at a time. Sessions can be back-to-back or split over different weeks/months.

We are happy to work with you. We have lots of regular clients who choose to stagger bookings. If your preference is to have your entire home organised in one go, we will certainly work to make this happen!

We aim to create a space that is functional and easy to maintain. We will walk you through your space once it is complete and talk through the maintenance.

We also offer customised maintenance packages (quarterly, semi-annually, annually) to reset any space. This makes maintenance easy and stress-free.
