ABOUT THE HAPPY ORGANISER

Inspiring meaningful habits in your home that feel attainable and sustainable

Our Mission

We exist to improve the wellbeing of families. We believe that through simplifying your home and organising your spaces, you can enhance your lifestyle.

OUR STORY

Meet Edel, Founder of The Happy Organiser

Hey, I’m Edel! I live on the sunny South Coast NSW Australia with my husband, 2 little girls and our dog Buddy.

I grew up in Ireland in a busy house with 4 siblings, and I was the ‘tidy one”. I’ve been rearranging furniture and creating calm spaces for as long as I can remember. However, after having my kids, life suddenly got busier and my “tidying method” didn’t appear to be working very well anymore. A combination of too much stuff and no real systems led to things becoming a bit overwhelming and I knew a change was needed.

So, I set out on a journey to organise our home.

Although the journey continues, having simplicity in our home has now become a part of our identity and daily life. We love our family time, the outdoors, sports and live music and having a simpler, more organised home allows us that freedom to embrace those things even more.

On a personal level, I also have more room to focus on my own health and wellbeing – more time for movement, nutrition and a calm space to relax and sleep. Even when the house gets messy (which is inevitable with kids), things are pretty easy to put back together, and that’s what it’s all about.

Knowing first hand how transformative simplifying our homes can be, I want to share that gift with as many people as I can.

Wellbeing is our 'why'

Our goal is to inspire meaningful habits that feel attainable and sustainable. We don’t aim for perfection, we aim for happy health homes full of joy, wellbeing and simplicity.

We collaborate directly with you to ensure the systems we put in place are sustainable and attainable, ensuring they fit into your life. Giving you more space to enjoy the things that matter.
